HOWARD NISHIOKA Street Songs (Rare 1979 US private press 9-track vinyl LP. The only album from Hawaii's psychedelic singer/songwriter and guitarist. A maelstrom of acoustic and electric guitars fleeting from folky and calm to chaotic psychedelia. Perhaps an underlying influence on his slightly later noise punk days with Hawaii's own "Fuckin' Flyin' A-Heads" [featuring Dan Garret of Murder]. Picture sleeve with photos and tracklisting on the back with dedications under each track, paying homage to sailors, fishermen and the seventeen year old in us all. Wonderfully still Sealed in the original shrink with two small breather holes on the front of the shrink. An exciting record and the first copy we've seen! CATCH1)
