PRIMAL SCREAM Give Out But Don't Give Up: The Original Memphis Recordings (2018 UK 9-track double LP pressed on 180 gram vinyl. In 1993 the band flew to Memphis to record at the legendary Ardent Studios with producer Tom Dowd [Atlantic Records] with additional musical [ahem] muscle provided by the Muscle Shoals rhythm section [Wilson Pickett, Aretha Franklin, Staple Singers]. The sessions were later remixed and put out the following year but these original recordings showcasethe Stones/Faces inspired country and soul influences throughout.
