Georges Delarue, internal pocket gatefold picture sleeve.
Needless to say, given its age and origin, the sleeve shows a
degree of shelfwear & edge scuffing with a couple of small
tears but the vinyl remains in great condition with just a few
light surface scuffs to show for over fifty years)
