THE BYRDS Live In Amsterdam 1970 (2021 UK limited edition 11-track LP recorded live at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam on July 7th 1970 - The version of The Byrds that played this prestigious Amsterdam venue was very different to previous incarnations. The Skip Battin/Gene Parsons rhythm section was tight and allowed the guitars of Roger McGuinn and Clarence White room to roam, most noticeably on an extended Eight Miles High. Thoroughly road-hardened, the band played material from throughout their entire career and threw in some previously unreleased cover versions as well. The vinyl is UNPLAYED housed in the retro-style flipback picture sleeve which remains factory sealed from new. Recommended)
